We had an amazing stay at Hotel Madinat - everything was perfect! Raul welcomed us and spent lots of time explaining how to best navigate Cordoba and it’s sights. Our room was beautiful - a perfect mix of old and new, it had everything you needed and more. The hotel itself is just gorgeous and designed with a real sense of attention to detail throughout. All staff we met were friendly and helpful. Don’t forget to visit the rooftop terrace. Our only disappointment was that we couldn’t stay longer! We will most certainly return to Hotel Madinat! Definitely one on our favourite hotels from all of our travels

Hotel Madinat was wonderful. Staff was friendly and very helpful. The renovations are so well thought out. They kept many original touches and you really feel like you are in an unique place.

Truly a wonderfully special stay! They treat guests very well and provide classy service. Breakfast was delicious and made with care. Rooms were memory makers. Raul is fantastic and friendly. Thank you!

What a wonderful discovery! A quirky, stylish boutique hotel close to the centre of a beautiful city, which turned out to be staffed with lovely, friendly people. So calm, comfortable and very well designed - not a single fault from our large, airy room to the delightful roof terrace with amazing views, from the beautiful cool internal patio to the lovely breakfast room. We really look forward to visiting Cordoba and Hotel Madinat again in the future and highly recommend it.

Our stay at Hotel Madinat was exactly what we hoped. A unique boutique hotel in the historic district. The staff was wonderful, without exception. Welcoming and warm. I recommend it. Charming boutique hotel especially Hamama room. Raul was very helpful and courteous. Access by car is restricted and a bit inconvenient but this comes with the territory.

Paul and Christian worked overtime to ensure our three-night stay was magical. The location is perfect for exploring the old town and the key sights. The breakfasts are delicious and the rooftop terrace is a delightful place to unwind at the end of a day's sightseeing.

We had a lovely stay at the Madinat hotel. The room we choose was absolutely beautiful, Even nicer than the photos. The hotel has everything covered even has music on the roof terrace and a bell to call down to the small bar should you want a drink! Very impressive and am looking forward to another stay with you hopefully in the near future. Great location

We received a very warm and thoughtful welcome by Christian when we checked in for our visit. The entire staff provides high level service from the manager to the maids. There was a sweet welcome gift of chocolate truffles and apricots in our room at arrival and our room was first rate with tasteful décor, very high ceilings, plaster architectural detail, a very high quality bed, high quality linens and an exceptionally large tiled bottom bathtub. Also, our breakfasts which were made to our order by the kitchen staff and taken to the roof top deck to eat is another example of the very high level hospitality we experienced at this excellent hotel.

Wonderful stay at the Hotel Madinat. We stayed in the Hamama suite which was beautiful. Friendliest welcome we have ever had at a hotel and that remained the whole time. Great location to walk everywhere in Cordoba. Would recommend to anyone who wants a small hotel with personality and the charm.

Had a lovely three night stay at Hotel Madinat. I was extremely pleased with all of the elements of my stay: 1. The location is stellar 2. The rooms are spacious and quiet 3. The service is exemplary 4. The recommendations regarding where to dine were spot on I’d like to draw specific attention to an incident that occurred my last morning. I had mis-remember some details about my departure and needed to leave a couple hours earlier than I had expected. I had sent out to have my clothes cleaned the night before and was worried that they might not make it back to the hotel in time. The folks working the desk made a special trip to the laundry service to hand deliver my clothes. Highly recommended. One point to be aware of: If you end up taking the bus to get to the hotel, there isn’t good signage. Look for the signs for the Pension el Portillo which will get you on the right street and then keep going.

Warm welcome by the host. We also really appreciate all the information he shared regarding food and places to visit. The room was spectacular, clean, beautiful and also had chocolate truffles as a welcome note. Location was perfect and we walked for 2-3 minutes to Mezquita. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Cordoba.
